"Streetwear Couture" is the category we fit best, if one has to be chosen. We are a luxury brand that focuses on high quality resources and meticulous style in craftsmanship. Designs are made all by hand from the beginning of each pattern to the finishing touch of the garment.

Due to exclusivity of all designs, all sales are final, non-refundable.
Items are exchangeable: after retrieval of the item, it will be an additional 7 business day for the exchange to be shipped out. Exchange are only applicable for the same item to a different size.
Damaged items: We do meticulous quality check prior to our products being shipped out. We also use two boxes to ship your order in (a box inside of another box). By any chance your order arrives/appears damaged, we will begin investigation prior to providing an exchange.
Processing & Shipping:
Due the maximum number of orders & exclusivity of the items. We are now only made-to-order.
All orders will go through a 7-14 business day processing period prior to shipment. Then will be shipped with the estimated time frame quoted during check out. It is likely that your order will be shipped out sooner than the processing time period quoted, however it is not guaranteed.

Standard domestic shipping is typically 3-4 business days. International is typically 4-7 business days.
Delivery time of package will be determined by the mail carrier.
Always feel free to track your package with the tracking number.
- Custom gowns / dresses:

After inquiry, processing takes between 2-4 weeks prior to shipment. Please do not request to rush the order and to inquire ahead of time.
Once inquiry is finished - a client contract will be sent to you for a virtual signature along with reviewing our policies. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to lock in services. Other information will be found in the client contract.
- Bulk Discount for custom dresses/gowns:
This service is typically great for bridesmaids or large group party attires.
Minimum quantity to be qualified for a bulk discount is 5 people or 5 orders. Discount can vary from $200 - $300 OFF, of the 5 orders (in total not each order). Or $400 - $500 OFF, of 10+ orders. Bulk orders must be placed as one, not separate orders to qualify. Please inquire for further information firstname.lastname@example.org
- Size inclusivity:
As all pieces are hand-made, we are capable of producing ALL sizes. Upon placing your order, please provide your Bust, Waist, Hip measurements in the instructions upon check out. Or Email email@example.com with your order number along with your measurements!
